This beautiful Pennard House wedding was all about having fun. No strict timelines, lots of drinks, good weather, good food and enjoying the moments; and that was just me!
Julie and Aaron couldn’t have picked a better day to get married. It was a scorcher on Easter weekend and all the guests were feeling the heat sitting under all the canopies around the venue throughout the day. It was a good thing there were minimal group shots too, as it was too hot to stay stood in the sun for too long. The day was bright and sunny, with a beautiful outdoor ceremony in the side garden at Pennard House welcomed by a beautiful pink blossom tree overhanging the ceremony which was perfect for photos. I could have spent my entire day taking photos of that tree!
Anyway, (sidetracking there) Julie and Aaron did all the official bits and put them aside after a beautiful and emotional ceremony and enjoyed the day relaxed and in the company of their friends and family. To entertain the guests, a number of things were there to take part in. An easter egg hunt, later clay pigeon shooting, pizza in the evening from the Pizza Rocket (My new favourite supplier!), amazing food and lush cold drinks served all day long. I won’t lie, It may have been the most relaxing wedding to date; it was perfect for those candid shots and believe me I got quite a few. I think we can all take away something from Julie and Aarons wedding, and for me it is to relax more and really embrace the wedding. Nearly all of their guests fully relaxed around the camera and it really shows in their album which you can see a snippet of below. Congratulations Julie and Aaron once again and continue to be happy together on your amazing journey ahead as H&W.
